| Feb. 3rd, 2006 08:07 pm Just a reminder that I hope all you local yokels can come out to Erotic Blender tomorrow night Erotic Blender @ Come As You Are 6:30-9:30
This is one kick ass photo show, organized by some kick-ass queer people I hold totally near and dear, Christine and Leanne. And I am so excited about the photos Steph and I did. And they're just the beginning. We're going to do so much good work together. We work so bloody well together on so many levels. Leave a comment

| Feb. 3rd, 2006 07:07 pm BLUES are motivated by INTIMACY, seek opportunities
to genuinely connect with others, and need to
be appreciated. They do everything with
quality and are devoted and loyal friends and
employers/employees. Whatever or whomever
they commit to are their sole (and soul)
focus. They love to serve and will give
freely of themselves in order to nurture
others lives.
BLUES, however, do need to be understood. They have
distinct preferences and occasionally the
somewhat controlling (but always fair)
personality of a confident leader. Their code
of ethics is remarkably strong and they
expect others to live honest, committed lives
as well. They enjoy sharing meaningful
moments in conversation as well as
remembering special life events (i.e.,
birthdays and anniversaries). BLUES are
dependable, thoughtful, nurturing, and can
also be self-righteous, a bit worry-prone,
and emotionally intense. They are like
sainted pit-bulls who never let go of
something once they are committed. When you
deal with a BLUE, be sincere, make an effort
to truly understand them, and truly
appreciate them.

| Jan. 23rd, 2006 11:03 am So, yeah, yesterday was my birthday. The running joke was that it was the 11th anniversary of my 21st birthday. My mom even sent me a 21st birthday card. Anyway, had a few people over to Stephanie's house for food and drink, laughs and long-threatened arm-wrestling broke out at the end. Was good times. Then a few of us went to Fetish Masquerade's Vegas theme. I say we made the room, we were the scene. I did my best vegas cool, and Steph did hot trashy vegas bride. Would you believe noone else thought of that theme, trashy vegas bride? Not that we saw, at least. But yeah, damn, we were HOTT. Fuck ya'll.

Anyway, so, we left the party and were walking down Queen West as all the other clubs and everythng were letting out. And people kept smiling at us, congratulating us, hugging us on having just gotten married. OH FUCK it was funny. We totally played it up. GOD DAMN, funny, funny. We did it from Funhaus to Queen and University. By that time, our admirers had thinned out and we realized how bloody cold it was. We're lots of fun together. 9 comments - Leave a comment

| Jan. 12th, 2006 02:41 pm So, you're supposed to start the day looking for new experiences, are you?
Finding that your car has been fuckin' towed is not the type of new experience I wanted today!
Readily admitting fault here, I was the one who missed the sign as was parked on the street during a no parking time.
BUT FUCK ME! Towing just seems so...so...uncivilized. 5 comments - Leave a comment

| Jan. 11th, 2006 02:35 pm The title of this article is, perhaps, one of the most sick play on words I've ever heard. If you don't know why, I'll tell ya. http://www.globeinvestor.com/servlet/ArticleNews/story/GAM/20060111/RTIMHORTONS11 2 comments - Leave a comment | |

| Jan. 11th, 2006 02:30 pm maybe someday... I'm not particularly interested in many drugs. E, coke, heroin, k, crystal...none of these hold much appeal to me. I am quite happy to just drink booze and occasionally smoke pot. But I have always wanted to just try acid. Alas, noone will let me. Friends who I've been close enough to want to do it always end up saying "NO!" because it just wouldn't be a good mix with me. Oh well. It was good to read this little history though. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/servlet/story/RTGAM.20060110.wlsd0110/BNStory/specialScienceandHealth/ 1 comment - Leave a comment | |

Jan. 6th, 2006 08:22 pm The Picto-Personality Test

You are a person who is very ambitious, and constantly thinking of ways to further your own goals.
When alone, you like to relax and do exactly what you feel like doing at the time.
You are adventurous, always up to do the most extreme things. You have a certain recklessness that makes people very attracted to you.
In the future you will be wise and healthy.

| Jan. 6th, 2006 02:47 pm as if this will happen... So, ummm, who can I possibly convince to babysit for me on Friday January 27...aka the last Vazaleen? Even though vaz has gone so far downhill in the past couple years, I'd like to send it off. Hell, I've been going since it was Vazeline, at the El Mo and Andrew Harwood almost pissed all over my shoes on the dance floor. And given the rumour Debbie Harry might be playing...I really, really want to go So, if you think you might want to hang out at my place that night while the monkeys sleep (seriously, you won't need to do anything kid-related, they go to sleep and wake up in the morning)...lemme know. And please do include your list of bribes required. If not, I hope everyone who goes to bury this thing has a good time. 1 comment - Leave a comment | |
